Please check your child's planner for new homework directions. Please staple or glue the new directions in your child's homework journal.
Weekly Reading homework will be completed in your child's Reading Homework Composition book and is due every Friday. The monthly Reading Log is due the first day of the next month. Directions can be found on the first page of your child's composition notebook. If you have questions please contact Mrs. Fonte.
Math Practice work is OPTIONAL and will be used for extra credit on tests. We will use Think Central (www.thinkcentral.com) to access classroom materials such as, Personal Math Trainer, our in class Math book, and Science lesson video's. There was a letter that went home with your child's username and password, as well as instructions on how to access your child's materials. Your child's username and password is their student ID number. I will assign the chapter work once we begin a chapter. Your child will have until test day to complete the online Math Practice for 5 points extra credit. The test dates will be posted on the Math/Science page, as well as the Upcomming test/quizzes page. The system shows me the completion date and gives me data on how they are doing. Please remember the practice assignments are OPTIONAL and for Extra Credit.
